Food for diet


 These days, I try to lose weight. However lose weight is so difficult. I
 
don't eat what originally I like. Today, I talk you good food to diet.
 
Good food for diet is cucumber. That give us water, but don't have
 
many calories. The second food is sweet potato. That is my favorite
 
diet food, because It is so delicious and fire to cholesterol. Next food is
 
onion. I like onion. It is good food, but it cause mouth odor. garlic is
 
same, too. However we can't live eat just them. If you want fat food
 
like chicken, pizza and others, eat and move to exercise.
